1. FSV Mainz brings U21 European champion Anton Stach from SpVgg Greuther Fürth

Maria Keane1. FSV Mainz 05 has strengthened itself through U21 European champion Anton Stach from the second division club SpVgg Greuther Fürth. The 22-year-old midfielder was most recently used at the Olympic football tournament in Japan.
The native North German from Buchholz in the Nordheide receives a three-year contract on Bruchweg with a term until June 30, 2024 with an option for a further year.
“We have followed his great development in Fürth very closely and are pleased that he will now continue his path with Mainz 05,” said sports director Martin Schmidt.
Stach said: “I had really good discussions with those responsible and I am convinced that Mainz 05 is the ideal location for me personally for my next development step.”
