Maria KeaneAdi Hütter is trainer of the year in Germany. This resulted in the election of the members of the German players’ union VDV. This is the second time that the Austrian coach has won the “Silver Coach’s Bench”.
Born in Vorarlberg (34 percent of the vote), Hansi Flick (29.1 percent / Bayern Munich, now DFB), Oliver Glasner (10.6 percent / Wolfsburg, now Frankfurt) and Julian Nagelsmann (10.6 percent / Leipzig) took the lead , now Bayern Munich).
“It is very important to me. Firstly, the competition is very well-known and secondly, it is a great award because it was mainly the players who voted here,” said Hütter, delighted with the award.
In the VDV election, all players in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and regional leagues, as well as the other VDV members, are entitled to vote.
