Midfielder Declan Rice from West Ham United, who is probably also being courted by Bayern Munich, apparently favors a move to Arsenal. He reports that Mirror.

The Gunners are said to be the 24-year-old’s dream destination, while he himself is Arsenal’s number one transfer target for the coming summer.

Coach Mikel Arteta is looking to rebuild the midfield of the already-established runners-up next season, and Rice is expected to play a key role in that.

Most recently, Rice was also associated with a possible move to Bayern. The England international is regarded as the absolute dream candidate of FCB coach Thomas Tuchel. In addition, Manchester United, Liverpool FC and Chelsea FC are also likely to be interested in Rice.

Rice wants to concentrate fully on winning the Conference League with West Ham in the final stages of the season. On June 7, the Londoners meet AC Fiorentina in the final in Prague.

However, it will be a complicated task for Arsenal to agree Rice’s transfer with West Ham. The Hammers are probably demanding a transfer fee of at least 115 million euros for the London native, whose contract is dated until 2024.

Rice comes from the offspring of West Ham and came to the club as a 14-year-old. In total, he has played 243 competitive games for the Hammers to date, and this season he has five goals and four assists in 48 appearances.
