Benjamin Pavard apparently deposited a change request

Benjamin Pavard apparently wants to leave Bayern Munich in the upcoming transfer window. He allegedly submitted his change request to the FCB bosses a few weeks ago. report that sports1 and the Picture– Newspaper matching.

The 27-year-old Frenchman still feels comfortable with Munich and gets along well with the new coach Thomas Tuchel, but after four years at Bayern Pavard would like a new challenge in another European league. However, the defender does not want to force a change.

Pavard’s contract runs until the end of June 2024, so the upcoming summer transfer window would be one of the last chances for Bayern to collect a transfer fee for the defender.

Already last winter, Pavard flirted with a farewell to Munich. At the time, he complained that he was rarely used in his favorite position in central defence.

Recently, however, Tuchel used him more frequently there, which is why there was much to be said for staying in Munich beyond the summer. There should be enough interested parties in the French – some clubs from Spain and England have apparently kept an eye on Pavard.

The 27-year-old switched from VfB Stuttgart to FC Bayern in 2019. Since then he has been on the pitch 162 times for the German record champions.
