Bouna Sarr upset at customs control

Soccer professional Bouna Sarr from the German record champions Bayern Munich reacted angrily to what he thought were too strict customs controls.

The Senegalese international complained via Instagram that he had been treated like a “dealer” at Munich Airport after a weekend trip to France. The officials had “hunted” a customs dog on him, other passengers were “shocked”.

The police confirmed the incident on Sunday to the picture-Zeitung, however, spoke of a “normal control”. The sniffer dog struck, and Sarr’s (30) luggage was then checked.

The police did not reveal what was found or whether anything was confiscated. However, a spokesman pointed out that “items over 430 euros must be registered”.
