BVB, News: Edin Terzic strengthens the offensive trio

BVB trainer Edin Terzic has strengthened a currently weakening offensive trio. Before the league game at Bayer Leverkusen, the coach commented on the situation of Youssoufa Moukoko, Donyell Malen and Karim Adeyemi.

“With Mucki, it reminds me of the start of the season when he didn’t have the connection yet,” said Terzic to Moukoko, who hadn’t convinced in the first two games of the new year.

However, Moukoko had scored regularly in the first part of the season and provided assists – in contrast to Mal and Adeyemi, who are still without a league goal this season. “But you can see a development in both of them,” said Terzic, who added: “Both have to improve their activity when the ball isn’t around. These are construction sites that we still want to work on. Then we’ll get it done to see them more in goal-threatening spaces.”
