BVB, rumor: Daichi Kamada is apparently drawn to Spain

Daichi Kamada will reportedly leave Eintracht Frankfurt on a free transfer in the summer. A move to Borussia Dortmund, which has been speculated about in recent weeks and months, will probably not come about.

How sky reported, the Japanese has no interest in moving within the Bundesliga. The contact with BVB has therefore cooled down.

According to the report, Kamada is said to be drawn primarily to Spain. Accordingly, FC Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are interested in the 26-year-old. The latter club is currently in pole position.

The SGE has already come to an agreement with the offensive player leaving. “It’s the case with Kamada that he will probably leave us,” said sporting director Markus Krösche recently ZDF.

BVB, News: Watzke counts leading players

Borussia Dortmund’s managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke sharply criticized Borussia Dortmund’s quarter-final defeat in the DFB Cup. “It was a non-performance in the first half,” he said Ruhr news after the 0: 2 (0: 1) at defending champion RB Leipzig.

He was “extremely disappointed, above all, because we had two chances at a title and carelessly threw away one of them”.

In a knockout game, you “simply shouldn’t appear like that,” emphasized Watzke: “The question is why the team is recklessly tearing down what they have built up with hard work for eight months.”

Watzke continued: “We have a lot of players in the team who want to be leaders and can actually do it. They have already shown that this season.”

Captain Marco Reus, among others, had disappointed against Leipzig and at 2: 4 in Munich. “But it shows on the pitch whether you’re a leading player. And only there!” said Watzke: “Everyone is now called upon to show a clear reaction.”

BVB, rumour: Transfer of Iván Fresneda is imminent

Borussia Dortmund has apparently won the race for Iván Fresneda. This is reported by the Portuguese online magazine, which is considered to be reputable Corn futebol.

As a result, Portugal’s giants Sporting Lisbon, who had also shown an interest in the 18-year-old Real Valladolid talent, would no longer see a chance of signing. That would have made a first contact with the defender clear.

Fresneda, who can act both as a right-back and as a right-hand player in a back three, was on Dortmund’s wish list last winter. Ultimately, however, no transfer took place.

The transfer fee is between ten and 15 million euros. Fresneda still has a contract until 2025.
