BVB: Haaland probably before a mega deal

Erling Haaland beckons a multi-million dollar outfitter deal. According to information from image-Zeitung has not yet decided which franchise will be awarded the contract.

Accordingly, Nike and Puma are fighting a hard-fought duel for Haaland. Most recently, media had unanimously reported that the Norwegian would remain with Nike.

The 21-year-old had signed a contract with the sporting goods manufacturer, at that time still in the jersey of RB Salzburg, with earnings of one million euros. Now Puma has entered poker.

Both outfitters would lure with a high-paying five-year contract. Depending on the success, Haaland could earn up to 50 million euros. The top scorer will make a decision together with his advisor Mino Raiola in February.

According to the report, the chances of Nike and Puma are currently 50:50. However, the manufacturer from Germany could have a decisive advantage.

Haaland’s father Alf-Inge is friends with Puma boss Björn Gulden, and he is said to be a regular guest in the 56-year-old’s box at home games in Signal Iduna Park.
