BVB: Jude Bellingham's pain threshold is said to be lower than expected

Jude Bellingham’s pain threshold in Dortmund is said to be lower than initially assumed. At least that’s what the English tabloid wants Sun have experienced.

According to this, Bellingham should already be available for a fee of 83 million pounds (equivalent to almost 93 million euros). However, the prerequisite would be that the full amount is paid at once.

In this context, Manchester City should calculate the best chances of signing the 19-year-old, as the English champions probably have the best financial starting position compared to the other potential competitors.

In addition to the Skyblues, Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC and Manchester United were also said to be interested in the Dortmund midfield star. In the past few days, the possible transfer fee for the summer of 2023 has been estimated at 150 million euros, the portal reported The Athletic.

As the Sun further reported, City coach Pep Guardiola thinks Bellingham is so strong that he believes the youngster could one day follow in Kevin De Bruyne’s footsteps. At City, Bellingham would also meet his ex-BVB comrades Erling Haaland and Manuel Akanji.

Bellingham switched from English second division club Birmingham City to Borussia Dortmund in 2020 for 25 million euros. His contract with the black and yellow runs until 2025.
