BVB will probably sign HSV talent Leonardo García Posadas

Borussia Dortmund has probably signed defensive all-rounder Leonardo García Posadas from the U19s of Hamburger SV. Loud Hamburg evening paper the 18-year-old has already signed a contract with BVB.

Since García Posada’s contract with HSV expires at the end of June, Dortmund don’t have to transfer anything to Hamburg.

BVB should give the top talent the report of the Hamburger Abendblatt according to have shown a better sporting perspective than the red trousers. However, the report does not reveal whether García Posada is planned for Dortmund immediately for the first team or initially for the U19s or U23s.

García Posada has made twelve appearances for the HSV U19s this season, and he also played one game for the second team in the Regionalliga Nord.

He can be used in central defense as well as in defensive midfield or as a right-back. García Posada played five international matches for Germany’s U17 national team in 2021, in which he scored one goal.
