BVB with a convincing friendly win against Bologna

DFB Cup winner Borussia Dortmund has won the second test match victory in preparation. After two defeats in a row, the Westphalia won with a convincing performance in Altach / Austria against FC Bologna 3-0 (3-0). Hertha BSC was also successful.

Giovanni Reyna (24th), young players Lennard Maloney (42nd) and Steffen Tigges (45th) scored the goals for the clearly better Dortmunders, who bet on two points with Erling Haaland and Tigges. With the half-time whistle, a heavy rain shower poured over the field, which led to a delay of almost ten minutes.

Borussia was not impressed by this and was also in good shape in the second section after the one-week training camp in Bad Ragaz / Switzerland. New signing Abdoulaye Kamara made his debut for BVB, and striker Youssoufa Moukoko made his comeback after a long injury.

“We played in a different basic formation, with a diamond. It is of course a bit more offensive and central. But I think we implemented what the coach gave us before the game,” said captain Marco Reus after the game.
