BVB: Concerns about Jude Bellingham’s health

Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham appears to be suffering from chronic knee bursitis. That reports the Picture. Since the 5-1 win against SC Freiburg in early February, the 19-year-old Englishman has worn kinesio tape around his left knee – so far BVB has said that this only serves as mental support.

According to the report, Bellingham would receive regular treatment. Doctors had suggested a break, but Bellingham did not want to fit in the Bundesliga title fight. In the current season he has already played 34 competitive games for BVB, most recently he has shown fluctuating performances

But his knee problems are not the only health problems: in the 6-1 win against 1. FC Köln last weekend, Bellingham wore a shoulder bandage due to an infection. He had to be ailing and had to be substituted in England’s 2-1 European Championship qualifying win over Italy on Thursday.
