Emre Can has publicly slammed fellow midfielder Jude Bellingham for hiring him on the pitch. The 19-year-old has bad body language when a teammate makes a mistake, the German international pointed out to the US broadcaster ESPN at.
Can explained in detail what the Englishman still lacks from his point of view: “Jude is still young. He still has a lot to learn. On the pitch, here in front of 70,000 or 80,000 spectators, there are things you can’t do. You need a good one Body language when a team-mate makes a mistake. That’s what we need to learn as a team too.”
Last Saturday Borussia Dortmund was 1-0 down at Bayern Munich after just 13 minutes because goalkeeper Gregor Kobel made a serious mistake. As a result, BVB fell apart and was 4-0 down at times. Can made it 4-1 with a penalty, Donyell Malen scored in injury time to make it 4-2 for Dortmund, who lost their lead to FC Bayern after their first Bundesliga defeat of the calendar year.
Bellingham has been courted by Liverpool and Real Madrid for months and could leave BVB in the summer of 2023 for well over 100 million euros.
