Everton fire team manager Frank Lampard

Maria KeaneFormer English soccer star Frank Lampard has been sacked as Everton manager. The Toffees, second to bottom in the Premier League after 20 match days, reacted to the disappointing course of the season with the last ten competitive games without a win.
The 106-time national player Lampard (44) started his job at the traditional club from Liverpool just under a year ago on January 31, 2022.
A successor is still unknown. Initially, Paul Tait and Leighton Baines will lead the training.
