Ex-BVB and Bayern candidate Callum Hudson-Odoi is said to come from Chelsea

Bayer Leverkusen are trying to transfer Callum Hudson-Odoi. According to information from telegraph The Bundesliga side, who started the season miserably, would like to sign the attacking winger from Chelsea on loan. Noisy picture Hudson-Odois name is currently being discussed in the B04 leadership team.

Hudson-Odoi is still under contract with the Blues until 2024, but currently hardly plays a role under Thomas Tuchel. The 21-year-old has yet to feature this season and is considered a candidate to leave before the transfer window closes.

Tuchel said a few days ago: “In the end it depends on what the player wants, how much the player wants it, what we think and who is willing to pay a certain amount. Then maybe everyone is for sale.”

He continued: “Callum has been through a long-term injury and has had to overcome problems, which have bothered him. I think he still has a long way to go to reach his potential.”

A commitment from Hudson-Odois would not only be a reaction to the sporting situation for the Bundesliga penultimate Bayer, but also to the tense personnel situation on the offensive. After Florian Wirtz, who suffered a serious knee injury, Karim Bellarabi and Amine Adli have also been hit in the past few days. All of them are no longer available to coach Gerardo Seoane.

Hudson-Odoi was an issue at FC Bayern and BVB

Rumors of a Hudson-Odois move to Germany are not new. Some time ago, FC Bayern tried to get the right winger, a few weeks ago he was traded as a new signing at Borussia Dortmund.

Chelsea’s Premier League rivals Southampton and Leicester City are also said to be trying to win the three-time England international.
