Ex-Frankfurt central defender David Abraham retires

Eintracht Frankfurt’s former central defender David Abraham has ended his active career. The SGE announced this on its Twitter account.
“Forever eagle, forever Capitano,” tweeted the Hessians in farewell. Most recently, Abraham played for his youth club Club Atletico Huracan in the Argentine fifth division.
The central defender was on the pitch for Frankfurter Eintracht a total of 178 times between 2015 and 2021. He got five goals and seven assists. In January of this year he took the step back to his homeland.
In addition to the SGE, Abraham was also active in the Bundesliga for TSG Hoffenheim.
