FC Chelsea is apparently stretching out its feelers to Gregor Kobel from Borussia Dortmund

Chelsea are apparently reaching out to goalkeeper Gregor Kobel from Borussia Dortmund. As the Picture reported, the Swiss goalkeeper should be at the top of the Blues’ scouting list.
