Greuther Fürth is obviously thinking about Loris Karius

Bundesliga taillight Greuther Fürth is apparently thinking about Loris Karius from Liverpool FC while looking for a new goalkeeper. That reports the kicker.

“We have to think about it,” sports director Rachid Azzouzi is quoted as saying. Marius Funk will probably be out for the rest of the season due to a serious knee injury, only Sascha Burchert is available as a fit keeper for the newcomer. In addition, the contracts of the two goalkeepers expire at the end of the season.

When a new goalkeeper may be hired, both a sporting perspective, possibly beyond the current season, and financial feasibility must fit. The shamrock primarily wants to look out for a German keeper.

Loris Karius, who does not play at Liverpool and is only under contract until the end of the season, could move into the sights of the Bundesliga club. The goalkeeper returned from Union Berlin to Anfield Road after his loan in June, but has no prospects of missions there.
