Halil Altintop becomes the new sports director on campus

Former Bundesliga professional Halil Altintop will be the new sporting director on the FC Bayern campus. The 40-year-old succeeds Holger Seitz, who has been the coach of FC Bayern Amateurs again since November 2022.

“We have great confidence in Halil Altintop. He is in his third year on campus, he knows the club, knows the processes and brings with him the experience of more than 15 years as a player in professional football. Halil will continue to develop the campus in his role.” , said Munich sports director Hasan Salihamidzic.

Former Turkey international Altintop spoke of a “great challenge”. Most recently, he was Bayern Munich’s coordinator for talented players who are on their way to the professional team. He also took care of the loan players of the record champions.
