Record champions Bayern Munich will have to do without offensive player Mathys Tel for the time being.

The 17-year-old attacker tore a muscle fiber in the left adductor area with the France U19 national team and, according to the club, will “miss out in the coming games”.

Tel will not be available to the new Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel in the top Bundesliga game against leaders Borussia Dortmund on Saturday (6:30 p.m.).

The Frenchman switched from Stade Rennes to Munich last summer for 20 million euros, and so far he has scored five goals in 21 competitive games for Munich.
