Sports director Fredi Bobic sees Hertha BSC in a “kind of consolidation” after the turbulence surrounding investor Lars Windhorst and ex-president Werner Gegenbauer and predicts difficult financial times for the Bundesliga club. Since the hoped-for success did not occur, one must “take steps backwards now,” said the 51-year-old in an interview with the Munich Mercury and the tz.
