Of all the relegation candidates, Hertha BSC has the lowest chances of still reaching the goal of staying up. After 32 of 34 rounds, the capital city are in last place in the table, a full four points behind penultimate VfB Stuttgart.
However, there is still a theoretical chance, but realistically speaking, the Berliners must win both upcoming games and hope for support in several cases.

On the 33rd matchday, Hertha starts at home in the Olympic Stadium against VfL Bochum, also a relegation candidate and, looking at the table, the most feasible of the two opponents. VfL won the duel in the first half of the season 3-1. The second half of the game kicks off at 3:30 p.m.
On the other hand, the duel against VfL Wolfsburg on matchday 34 could turn out to be a lot more difficult. The Wolves can’t improve any further, but they want to do everything they can to defend sixth place, which promises participation in the Conference League.
The season finale takes place on Saturday, May 27th, and – like all other games of the 34th match day – will kick off at 3.30 p.m.
