Former Bayern player Mehmet Scholl heavily attacked Lucas Hernández after his move to Paris Saint-Germain.
“I don’t believe a word you say. Byebye,” Scholl commented Instagram-Contribution by the Spaniard, in which he said goodbye to the fans of FC Bayern and explained his reasons for the transfer to Paris.
In his statement, Hernández spoke of a “difficult decision” to leave Munich. “After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, I would like to take on a new challenge,” wrote the Spanish defender.
Speaking at his new club Paris Saint-Germain, he was quoted as saying: “I’ve been waiting to join PSG for a long time, now it’s finally come true. I am very happy.”
Hernández recently switched to Ligue 1 for a transfer fee of 45 million euros plus bonus payments. He was active for Munich for four years. In 2019 he switched to the Isar for a record fee of 80 million euros.
