Goalkeeper Oliver Baumann from TSG Hoffenheim has responded to the rumors of a possible move to FC Bayern.
“I also noticed the reports about it. I understand the speculation because I’ve been in the league for a long time and only have one year left on my contract. But I’m not dealing with it at the moment,” said the 33-year-old German press agency: “I’m just concerned with how we improve here in training.”
Previously, among other things, the table football reports that Munich would have Baumann on the list as a potential candidate to react to the likely departure of Yann Sommer. The Baden-Württemberger is said to have been an issue in Munich in January when Sommer finally signed from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Baumann, who switched from SC Freiburg to TSG in 2014, is under contract at Hoffenheim until 2024. Again table football reported that OGC Nice from France and FC Sevilla from Spain are also interested in the goalkeeper.
