Is FC Bayern also parting ways with Marco Neppe?

FC Bayern Munich could apparently also separate from technical director Marco Neppe after the dismissals of sports director Hasan Salihamidzic and board boss Oliver Kahn.

A report by sports1 according to the tendency to say goodbye to Neppes from the record champions. The 36-year-old is a close confidante of Salihamidzic, who assumed after his own exit that Neppe would stay with FCB: “He’ll stay there for the time being. Of course it depends on how things continue. He’s part of FC Bayern and that has to be stay that way,” said Salihamidzic on Saturday.

Neppe has been working for Munich since 2014, was initially a scout for three years and then head of the scouting department. At the end of 2021, the former third division professional then rose to technical director.

Shortly after the dramatic season finale on Saturday, in which Bayern beat BVB and became champions for the eleventh time in a row, it became known that FCB were parting ways with Kahn and Salihamidzic. A little later, the club officially confirmed the decision.
