After recent rumors about a possible loan deal for Mathys Tel from FC Bayern, his advisor put a stop to it.
The table football had reported that Werder Bremen should be interested in a loan from Bayern striker Mathys Tel (18). Also reported sports1 that the club management is considering a loan internally, even if it has not yet been discussed with the player. The consultant Tels now clearly ruled out such considerations.
Advisor Gadiri Camara made the statement in a statement on Thursday sky: “Loan is not an option for us. I can’t confirm rumors about a possible loan deal with Werder Bremen. Mathys wants to stay and improve. Our position is clear, Mathys wants to be one of the best.”
Even in the event that FC Bayern should get a new striker – rumor has it they are still working on a purchase from Tottenham star Harry Kane – Camara was self-confident: “With all due respect, he doesn’t care who is in this Summer is yet to come – he’s up for the challenge. He loves Bayern and I think Bayern love him too.”
FC Bayern: Mathys Tel a regular candidate
Tel only came to FC Bayern from Stade Rennes last summer for a fee of 20 million euros and played 28 competitive games in his debut season, in which he scored 6 goals. He is also active for the French U19 national team.
Tel can play on the wings, but would currently be more of a candidate for the center forward position, especially if the desired top striker were no longer available.
