Maria KeaneStriker Marvin Ducksch has renounced a declaration of loyalty to Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
“I feel good here. I can say that. But you don’t know what happens in football. You have to wait and see what happens in the summer,” said the 29-year-old, who is associated with Union Berlin sky-Interview.
Ducksch has a contract with Bremen until 2024. He has scored eleven goals so far this season, including three in the win at Hertha BSC last Saturday (4-2).
He also has the home EM 2024 in the back of his mind. “Of course that would be the crowning glory. I think it’s a little dream of everyone to play a national team. But I think I’m still a long way from that. If it ever happens should be enough, then I would be very happy about it,” said Ducksch.
