Palacios is out of action for four weeks with a torn outer ligament

Bayer Leverkusen will have to do without Argentine international Exequiel Palacios (22) in the upcoming games.

The midfielder tore the ankle ligament in his right ankle in the 2-1 win against Ferencvaros Budapest in the Europa League on Thursday. The club announced on Friday.

Bayer expects a downtime of four weeks. Palacios had scored the goal for the interim 1-1 equalizer in the win against the Hungarian champions.
