BVB: Probably still no offers for Manuel Akanji
Borussia Dortmund seems to have still not received any offers for Manuel Akanji. That reports the picture. Because the contract of the 26-year-old central defender expires in the summer of 2023 and he refuses to extend it, BVB wants to sell him.
According to the report, Arsenal and Juventus are interested. Dortmund is said to be demanding a transfer fee of at least 20 million euros – and apparently expects a sale. The reason for this is Akanji’s desire to get regular match practice before the World Cup in Kater.
Borussia Dortmund: focus is on sales
After the numerous commitments, Borussia Dortmund’s focus is now on thinning out the squad. Noisy picture Nico Schulz, Emre Can and Raphael Guerreiro could be sold. Of the table football also reports that those responsible in Dortmund would also be willing to talk to Thorgan Hazard.
Guerreiro’s contract expires in 2023, and Mahmoud Dahoud and Youssoufa Moukoko are only tied until next summer. The young striker has been offered an extension, but he is still hesitant to sign. Dahoud’s extension was long considered a formality, but has not yet been implemented.
So far, Dortmund have signed Nico Schlotterbeck, Niklas Süle, Karim, Adeyemi, Sebastien Haller and Salih Özcan. There is still interest in left-back David Raum from TSG Hoffenheim.
