President Peter Fischer of Eintracht Frankfurt has to answer for the purchase and possession of cocaine.
The public prosecutor’s office in Frankfurt initiated investigations against the 66-year-old and his wife and 25-year-old son. The authorities confirmed this on Monday SIDafter previously the MR and the Picturenewspaper had reported.
Loud MR Fischer’s younger son (13) is said to have consumed cocaine at school with a friend, and the friend’s mother informed the school and the police. Fischer’s apartment was then searched at the end of January, and the investigators found it MR-According to the report, cocaine residues on the bedside table of the Eintracht President.
It is currently still unclear whether the investigation will also affect Fischer’s presidency at Eintracht Frankfurt. As the Picture reported, some members of the advisory board also found out about the house search. A meeting of the board of directors is scheduled to take place later this week.
Fischer has been President of Frankfurt Eintracht since August 2000. Since July 2005, the 66-year-old has also been Deputy Chairman of the SBU Supervisory Board.
