RB Leipzig are reportedly interested in Dutch international Xavi Simons. According to information from L’Equipe and several Dutch media, a triangular deal is planned with PSV Eindhoven’s top scorer.
Accordingly, the 20-year-old should return to Paris St. Germain after just one year in Eindhoven and be loaned directly to Leipzig from there. The attacking midfielder probably has a clause in his contract that allows him to join PSG for a fee of six million euros.
Eindhoven has already confirmed Simons’ departure. So far there has been no official statement from DFB Cup winner RB Leipzig.
