Real Madrid apparently plan to sign Corentin Tolisso on a free transfer

Corentin Tolisso’s future at Bayern Munich is still uncertain. According to the Spanish Mundo Deportivo Real Madrid has now expressed its interest in the free midfielder in the summer.

The royals therefore want to take advantage of the Frenchman’s contractual situation and proceed in a similar way to David Alaba. The Austrian defender moved to the Spanish capital on a free transfer before the season after he was unable to agree on a new contract with the Munich side.

The German record champions want to avoid another loss without being rewarded for it and have intensified their efforts for Tolisso in recent weeks. The Frenchman also has offers from Italy and England.

Tolisso had played well in the past few weeks, which is why there were rumors of a contract extension.

Tolisso switched from Olympique Lyon to the Isar four and a half years ago for the then record sum of 41.5 million euros. However, numerous injury breaks had prevented him from establishing himself as a regular in the long term.
