Reyna replaced in tears against Stuttgart after two minutes

Next setback for Giovanni Reyna! The 19-year-old injured his thigh in the second minute of the Bundesliga game against VfB Stuttgart and had to leave the field immediately.

After a longer step, without any real action by an opponent, Reyna immediately grabbed his right leg.

On the way into the players’ tunnel in the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the American shed tears. Reyna was injured at the end of 2021 (muscle injury) and until the beginning of March (thigh injury).

With the latter injury, Reyna was also injured in the 6-0 win against Borussia Mönchengladbach without outside influence and left the pitch crying.
