Maria KeaneEx-national player Stefan Effenberg has commented on the dispute between Hasan Salihamidzic and Michael Zorc. In his column at t-online.de he expressed his joy at the dispute.
Regarding Zorc’s statement that Salihamidzic should “shut up”, Effenberg wrote: “The statement sounds blatant to outsiders – I have to smile at the choice of words of BVB manager Michael Zorc.”
But Effenberg was not only able to get a smile from Zorc’s words – he took the side of the BVB manager and criticized Salihamidzic: “Hasan Salihamidzic could have given himself that, especially since I am at least partially with Zorc in terms of content.”
In general, the former Bayern professional seems to be enjoying the dispute between FCB and BVB. “I feel reminded of the times of Uli Hoeneß at FC Bayern, who repeatedly polarized with a statement. So finally a few poison arrows are flying back and forth between Dortmund and Munich. It’s nice if there is something to be discussed “, continues Effenberg.
