Stefan Reuter is apparently being discussed as the successor to FCB sports director Hasan Salihamidzic

In the search for a new sports director at FC Bayern Munich, Stefan Reuter is also being discussed. A report by sky According to the FC Augsburg sporting director, he is on the shortlist of candidates to succeed the dismissed Hasan Salihamidzic.
Accordingly, Reuter is valued at FCB for his experience and good network. However, the 56-year-old is currently only an alternative option, the top candidates should continue to be Max Eberl (RB Leipzig) and Markus Krösche (Eintracht Frankfurt). In an interview, however, Eberl denied talks with Bayern.
Reuter is under contract in Augsburg until 2026. The 1996 European champion has been working for FCA since 2013. As a player, however, Reuter was once active for Bayern. From 1988 to 1991 he played 130 competitive games for FCB.
