Talent Tom Bischof from 1899 Hoffenheim has apparently canceled twice in the last twelve months – first at RB Leipzig and now at Bayern. That reports the sports picture.
Nagelsmann wanted to bring the 16-year-old, who has meanwhile made his Bundesliga debut at TSG, to Leipzig in 2021. According to the report, after his move to Bayern, Nagelsmann is said to have explicitly deposited Bischof as a desired transfer destination with those responsible.
At the beginning of 2022, the record champion actually tried to get Bishop, as confirmed by Michael Reschke from his consulting agency Stellar. “His contract in Hoffenheim is running out, some German clubs are interested. Julian Nagelsmann has a positive image of Tom,” said the agent image.
“FC Bayern’s squad is never too big. You can always get playing time as a talented young player.” Bishop nevertheless decided against moving to Munich. Instead, he extended his contract at Hoffenheim until 2025.
