Alexander Nübel is apparently about to say goodbye to FC Bayern. As the sports picture reported, the 26-year-old goalkeeper was released from the medical check scheduled for Thursday in Munich.
According to the report, two clubs are up for debate as buyers for Nübel. It is said to be VfB Stuttgart and an unnamed club from other European countries.
In Germany, only VfB is currently a serious option for the keeper. His most important criterion should be the guarantee of a regular place, so Nübel estimates the chances of this to be the highest for the Swabians. A final decision should be made within the next two days.
Nübel, who moved from Schalke 04 to the Isar in 2020, is still under contract with Bayern until 2025. He was loaned to AS Monaco for the past two seasons.
