Will David Raum’s transfer burst?

In the transfer summer that has been so successful so far, Borussia Dortmund has apparently had to accept a setback. As sports1 reported, the transfer of desired player David Raum is in danger of bursting. Accordingly, financially strong clubs from the Premier League are vying for the 24-year-old left-back.
