Alejandro Garnacho reportedly agreed with Manchester United over contract extension

Alejandro Garnacho has reportedly agreed with his club Manchester United on a contract extension until 2028. That reports ESPN.

The Argentine’s contract with the Red Devils runs until 2024. For a long time it was not clear whether he wanted to stay in Manchester or switch to one of the top clubs that are probably his. These should include Real Madrid and FC Bayern Munich.

Garnacho is waving a decent salary increase – and according to the report, his annual salary should continue to rise year after year. According to ESPN, only the question of image rights has to be clarified so that the deal can be completed with the player’s signature.

Garnacho joined Manchester United from his youth club Atlético Madrid in 2020. He has been part of the first-team squad there since this season.

The winger has two goals and two assists in 13 Premier League appearances this season. He has also scored a goal in the Europa League.
