Chelsea FC signs talent Ishé Samuels-Smith from Everton FC

Chelsea have signed the next talent. As the Blues officially announced, Ishé Samuels-Smith will be under contract in London in the future. The 17-year-old comes from Everton FC.

“It was a shock for me because everything happened so quickly, but I’m really happy to be here,” said the left-back in the Chelsea press release: “It will be a good experience to come to such a big club . It will be a new challenge because there are top players here, so I have to adapt quickly and go through the different levels.”

Chelsea are reportedly paying €4.7m for the England Under-17 international’s services. The Blues have not yet explained what is planned for Samuels-Smith. At Everton he already trained with the pros and occasionally even made it onto the bench.
