Ex-Bayern star Coutinho is making a permanent move from Barcelona to Aston Villa

Bayern Munich’s former midfielder Philippe Coutinho will continue to play for Aston Villa.

The club from Birmingham have signed the 29-year-old Brazilian from FC Barcelona on a contract until 2026.

So far, Coutinho has been on loan from the Catalans. Barca will receive 20 million euros as a transfer payment, and Barcelona have also secured a stake of 50 percent in the event of a resale.
