Mason Greenwood's father and advisor made $600,000 while his son and only client was suspended

Although Mason Greenwood has not played a game for Manchester United since January 2022 as a result of investigations into the attempted rape and grievous bodily harm of his former partner and is still suspended, his personal business is said to continue to boom.

As the Daily Mail reports, the fortune of Greewood’s image rights company is said to have grown to nearly £1 million over the past 18 months.

TSM Sports Limited accounts covering the period 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2022 show the England international’s bank balance has risen to €1.21million.

His father Andrew has also made more money, even though his son was not on the field. Mason Greenwood is the only client of his father’s consulting agency, but the firm’s net worth has soared from $1.4 million to $1.8 million that year. His father earned a total of 526,000 euros in that financial year.

Manchester United: Greenwood further suspended

Mason Greenwood was suspended at Manchester United in January 2022 after being arrested for the first time following a complaint by his former partner. She had accused him of attempted rape and serious bodily harm. In February 2022, the charges were dropped by the judiciary, but Greenwood remains suspended at Manchester United.

Greenwood works with a personal trainer to keep fit. He could be rumored to be loaned out by Manchester United in the summer. A decision on Greenwood’s future is expected before the end of July, following a United internal investigation.

He is associated with teams in Turkey, among others, and former United coach and current AS Roma coach José Mourinho is said to be interested in working again. In addition, Atalanta Bergamo and Juventus should consider a loan.
