Arsenal vs. West Ham: Premier League today in the live ticker – before the start
Before start: Arsenal have won all six home games so far this season and could set a club record with another success: The Gunners already played their first seven home games successfully in the 1934/35, 2005/06 and 2017/18 seasons. Boxing Day has also been a good omen for Arsenal in recent years: the Londoners have all won the last ten home games on Boxing Day.
Before start: Everyday life in the Premier League continues just eight days after the World Cup final. Arsenal want to confirm the sensational start to the season and maintain the top position. The Gunners are currently four points clear of Newcastle and still have two games to play. The focus is more on the third party: Manchester City. Pep Guardiola’s side have also only played 14 games this season and are five points behind Arsenal.
Before start: Despite the long break after the 2-0 loss to Leicester City, David Moyes also refrained from a major rotation. However, the coach will be without Kurt Zouma (knee injury) and Gianluca Scamacca (ankle injury) today, with Vladimir Coufal and Michail Antonio in the starting XI.
Before start: It’s been over a month since the 2-0 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers, but Mikel Arteta hasn’t made any major changes: only Kieran Tierney has replaced Oleksandr Zinchenko at left-back and Eddie Nketiah has replaced the injured Gabriel Jesus up front. The Brazilian picked up a knee injury in his country’s last group game against Cameroon (0-1).
