Quit the Premier League to be a porn actor

Damian Oliver was educated at Crystal Palace and dreamed of a career in the Premier League. But then he decided on a different path – and became a porn actor.

“It’s not as good as people think it is,” Oliver said on the Anything Goes podcast with James English. So he regrets not having continued to put football on the map.

However, during his time in the youth academy of the club from London, there was a huge break in his career. He ended up in prison.

After his release, he could no longer maintain his level and decided to become an amateur porn actor alongside his actual job as a painter.

Eventually he got involved with porn actress Sophie Anderson and decided to devote himself full-time to the porn business. A confusing experience.

“During my first shoot it was terrifying. The director was a big bald Irish guy, he was terrifying. I had to get my cock out in front of him and start fucking,” explained Oliver, who only took £150 for it.

“Some people encouraged me to do it by telling me I was getting paid to do it. It wasn’t until I got more confident that I realized it was something serious,” he added.

Despite this, the player regrets his career decision: “If I had stayed at Crystal Palace, I could have made a lot more money. I was also a good fighter, which I could have used. I was good in both areas, but I thought that it would be good to do porn. But it’s not as good as people think.”
