FC Bayern – Dietmar renewed criticism of Kahn and Salihamdizic: "Too tense and dogged"

TV expert Didi Hamann has again sharply criticized the former board members of FC Bayern, Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamidzic. The new sports director Christoph Freund, on the other hand, received praise.

Dietmar Hamann was lacking in looseness with Bayern’s ex-bosses Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamdizic. “Everything in the past one or two years has been too cramped and dogged,” said the 49-year-old in his sky-Column.

“If you don’t have this ease and this fun at work and in sport, then your performance will also suffer,” said Hamann, who had often criticized FC Bayern and its former management team.

According to Hamann, the new sports director Christoph Freund, who had previously worked at RB Salzburg, is a popular figure and should bring this relaxation back to the German record champions.

The TV expert believes in a change under Freund and praises his qualities on the transfer market: “Everyone has noticed that he is a very competent man and has made good transfers in recent years.”
