FC Bayern Munich apparently has to pay millions to RB Leipzig because of Julian Nagelsmann

After winning the tenth German championship in a row, FC Bayern Munich apparently has to make an additional payment of millions to RB Leipzig because of Julian Nagelsmann. That reports the sports picture.

According to this, a clause in the contract of Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann comes into play, which guarantees the Saxons a sum in the middle single-digit millions.

Should Nagelsmann win at least one title in three seasons within his five-year contract with Bayern, Leipzig will collect an additional four million euros. The double of championship and cup would only count as one title, but with the Bundesliga triumph of Munich Leipzig would have the second chance anyway.

Nagelsmann switched to the Isar last summer for a record transfer fee of 25 million euros. According to that sports imagereport, no additional payments will be due for the other two Leipzig newcomers, Marcel Sabitzer and Dayot Upamecano.
