Sadio Mane left the club mainly because of Jurgen Klopp, according to former Liverpool player Trevor Sinclair. Accordingly, the coach hurt the pride of the newcomer from FC Bayern Munich.

“I think the main reason (for his move, ed.) is that Jürgen Klopp lost him when he was playing down the Africa Cup and Mane’s coach had to defend African football,” Sinclair explained talk sport. Klopp described the competition as a “small tournament”.
