FC Bayern Munich is probably still keeping a close eye on offensive player Amine Adli from Bayer Leverkusen. How L’Equipe reports, the German record champions continue to follow Adli’s situation and development at the Werkself.
Accordingly, in addition to FCB, AC Milan in particular should deal with the 23-year-old Frenchman, who is still under contract in Leverkusen until 2026.
Before Adli switched to Bayer, the people of Munich were also interested in him in the summer of 2021. “It’s not easy to say no to Bayern Munich,” the France U21 international later explained sports1. The better prospect of playing time was ultimately the decisive factor for Leverkusen, he explained.
Adli moved from Toulouse to Leverkusen in 2021 for 7.5 million euros.
After a decent first season, he has taken another step forward this season and has become an absolute top performer in coach Xabi Alonso’s team. Adli has scored six goals and six assists in 33 competitive games so far this season.
