FC Bayern – Robert Lewandowski announces update on his future: "I'll be able to say more about it soon"

Star striker Robert Lewandowski said in an interview sky announced that there will soon be concrete information about a possible change.

When asked about his future on Sunday, the Pole replied: “I think the time will come soon to give more information about it. I’ll be able to say more about it soon.”

In conversation with ElevenSports Lewandowski also commented on the rumors about a move to FC Barcelona. “It depends on several factors. I think my situation is clear and there’s no point in talking about it,” said the attacker. And he added: “It’s hard to say if I’ll still play for Bayern next season.”

It’s no longer a secret that Lewandowski, whose contract runs until 2023, wants to leave Bayern Munich this summer. His advisor Pini Zahavi recently said that the record champion was “history” for the two-time world footballer.

So far, however, Bayern have publicly insisted that Lewandowski had to fulfill his contract and could only leave the club on a free transfer next year. FC Barcelona is the main interested party, and Zahavi is said to have offered his clients at Real Madrid.

Lewandowski not only won numerous championships and the Champions League with FCB, he also broke Gerd Müller’s “eternal” record with 41 goals in the penultimate season.
