Maria KeaneBorussia Mönchengladbach will have to do without defender Ramy Bensebaini at VfL Wolfsburg on Saturday (3:30 p.m.). The Algerian international has not yet recovered from his foot injury. “It will not be an issue for the weekend,” said coach Adi Hütter on Thursday.
“We want to pick up where we left off,” said Hütter, referring to the recent win against Borussia Dortmund (1-0).
But his team must finally give their top performance away from home, “that hasn’t worked at all so far. We have to be far better than we were away in the past few weeks.”
The Gladbachers want to increase the stadium capacity for their home games in accordance with the new NRW Corona Protection Ordinance (valid from Friday), but have not yet discussed any details.
